Shipping policy
**Processing Time:**
All orders are processed within 2-3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.
**Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates:**
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer the following shipping options:
- **Standard Shipping:** Estimated delivery time is 3-9 business days.
- **Express Shipping:** Estimated delivery time is 1-2 business days.
Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary depending on your location.
**Shipping Locations:**
We currently only ship to Canada.
**Order Tracking:**
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order on our website or directly with the shipping carrier.
**Shipping Delays:**
We strive to ensure that your order is delivered on time, but delays may occasionally occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as weather conditions, customs processing, or carrier issues. If your order is delayed, we will notify you via email.
**Customs, Duties, and Taxes:**
Casa Piñata is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
**Damages:**
Casa Piñata is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you received your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim. Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
